Brian Wagner
President and CEO
Brian joined Gamber in 2008 and heads the management team. Prior to joining Gamber, he spent over 21 years with a German industrial carbon and graphite materials company starting in technical sales, serving a very diverse customer base from semiconductor to electric motors in automotive and other applications, then progressing to executive management ultimately in a General Manager role. He began his career in the specialty chemical industry. With MBA (Marketing emphasis) and BS-Chemistry degrees, Brian brings 30 years of technical sales, materials science and executive management experience to his role with Gamber-Johnson.

Gautam Malik
COO
Gautam has been with the company since 2004 and part of leadership team since 2009. He oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company. In addition, he is responsible for international sales, distribution, and the quick response office cell that diversifies the company’s portfolio. Gautam has a passion for lean manufacturing and has been leading the lean transformation at Gamber-Johnson for 12 years.
Gautam holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune, India; and a master's of engineering in manufacturing engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is a certified quality auditor, a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality, and holds a lean certificate from the University of Kentucky.

Brian Dewitt
VP of Finance and Controller
Prior to joining Gamber-Johnson in 2014, Brian held several accounting positions at Expera Specialty Solutions (formerly Wausau Paper), the latest being the Controller position at the Rhinelander Mill in Wisconsin. Brian also has background in the insurance industry having spent 9 years at Sentry Insurance in Statutory Accounting and Internal Audit. Brian earned a Bachelor’s of Managerial Accounting from UW-Stevens Point and a Master’s in Business Administration from UW-Oshkosh. Additionally, Brian holds designations as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Jason Lewandowski
VP of engineering
Since 2007, Jason has managed the engineering and product development efforts of the company. He also oversees product cells that manage several Gamber-Johnson product portfolios. Prior to being appointed vice president of engineering, he served as a design engineer and was responsible for designing products for various product lines.
Jason holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology management and a project management certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
