B.  Mount shall fit a minimum screen size of 37 inches to 50 inches.  
C.  It shall be made of cold-rolled steel.  
D.  Shall offer  10 degrees of tilt;   45 degrees of pivot; and  16 inches of extension.  
E.  Shall be of low-profile design that stands no more than 3 inches from the wall surface.  
F.  It shall support a maximum weight capacity of 125lbs   
G.  Mount shall provide ample space for routing of power/signal cable.
